- Chalets: R260 per person per day
- Tents: R200 per person per day
- River cabin: R300 per one or two persons per day and thereafter R100 per day for every additional person
- A deposit of 50% is due within two days of booking
- To guarantee your reservation, the 50% must be deposited into our bank account
- The reservation is unfortunately cancelled should payment not be effected within this time period
- Full payment is due one week before check in
- A 50% refund policy with cancellations.
- No refund policy with cancellations within one week of check in.

Please follow the procedures below:
- Deposits must be made out to Sunnyside Trust
- Kindly write your reservation number together with your name in the reference block on the deposit slip
- Fax your deposit slip through to us – please call after faxing to ensure we are in receipt of your fax
Internet bank transfer
- Proof of transfer must be faxed to +27 (0) 11 782 6117
- Transfers from any bank other than ABSA Bank need 3 working days to clear
- Kindly transfer such monies ahead of your due date
